Jasmeet Chahal is an accomplished RPL Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in the education and training sector, specialising in instructional design, curriculum development and academic literacy. With a strong background in English language teaching and learning resource development, she has designed and developed Recognition of Prior Learning kits for more than 100 qualifications, supporting learners and registered training organisations in achieving nationally recognised outcomes.
Jasmeet holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Arts from Punjab University, as well as a certificate in French from Punjab Agricultural University. Her career includes roles as an IELTS and English language trainer, Head of Department and academic staff developer at leading education providers — TCY Learning Solutions, Hero Mindmine, Trounce Education and BSL Training Company — teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds for English proficiency tests, academic success and professional interviews.
As an RPL Coordinator, she brings creativity and expertise to the design and development of visually engaging, interactive and compliant RPL kits and training programs. She excels at translating complex technical and academic material into accessible, learner-friendly formats, ensuring maximum knowledge retention and practical application.
Her practice is grounded in a thorough understanding of RPL processes, compliance requirements and best practices for evidence collection, assessment mapping and portfolio development — collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers and assessors to create high-quality, standardised resources that meet ASQA and AQF standards.
